TECHNICAL HELP

Our ability to diagnose problems over the phone or net is well known, as is our knowledge of parts and originality. We will try to answer the occasional brief question for you at no charge (like, for example, will a '62 rear wheel bearing work on my '64 car?) if the answer does not require time to research it. We will also be happy to express an opinion (I want to buy a Corvair, what should I look for, or, will headers help, etc.) for free.

Multiple or involved questions (like, for example, what color are the parts of my underbody suppose to be painted?) may be subject to a consultation fee (typically $10-25). Involved questions are always answered best by phone, since a two-way dialogue is almost always needed to ascertain all the pertinent facts of the situation.

Questions which require research (like, for example, what is the paint formula for the interior panels on my '66 bronze Monza?) will be subject to a consultation fee (typically $10-30).
